Step by step

How SenzaLux works

  1. 1

    Microscopic treatment zones

Every level places thousands of tiny treatment columns in the skin and leaves the skin between them untouched. That untouched skin is what makes healing fast.

  2. 2

    Matched to your level

Lite works gently near the surface. SenzaLux uses two Fraxel wavelengths, one for pigment and one deeper for collagen. Max uses fractional CO₂ to resurface most deeply.

  3. 3

    Old skin sheds

Over the following days, treated pigment and damaged skin shed away. Expect a sandpaper feel and tiny dark specks; deeper levels peel more.

  4. 4

    Brighter, smoother skin

As your skin renews, tone looks more even and texture smoother. New collagen keeps improving lines and firmness for months.

Choose your level

From a gentle refresh to a full reset

All three levels are SenzaLux fractional resurfacing. The difference is depth, results and downtime. Your provider will recommend the right one for your skin.

Level 1

SenzaLux Lite

Minimal

Minimal downtime. A gentle Fraxel refresh for glow, tone and early sun damage. Ideal for busy schedules.

  • Typically a series of 3, about a month apart
  • Pink for a day, then a light sandpaper feel
  • Great for maintenance between bigger treatments
Level 2

SenzaLux

A few days

Our signature dual-wavelength Fraxel fractional treatment. 3 to 5 days of downtime. Targets sun spots, texture, fine lines and pores.

  • Two wavelengths: pigment and collagen
  • Bigger change in fewer sessions
  • Best for established sun damage and texture
Level 3

SenzaLux Max

About a week

Fractional CO2 resurfacing, our most powerful treatment. About 1 week of downtime. Dramatic improvement in wrinkles, texture, scarring and laxity.

  • Often a single treatment
  • Deepest collagen remodeling
  • Best for wrinkles, acne scars and crepey skin

What to expect

From consultation to results

  1. Before

    Consultation

Your provider reviews your skin and goals, recommends a SenzaLux level, and plans your sessions. Avoid tanning before treatment.

  2. Treatment day

    Numbing, then laser

Numbing cream goes on first. During treatment you will feel warmth and a prickly sensation, with cool air to keep you comfortable.

  3. First days

    Healing

Redness and a sandpaper feel as old skin sheds: a day or two after Lite, 3 to 5 days after SenzaLux, and about a week after Max.

  4. Weeks after

    Results

Brighter, more even skin shows once healing is done, and texture and lines keep improving for months. Daily sunscreen protects your results.

Is it right for me?

Who is a good candidate

SenzaLux is a great fit if you have brown spots, sun damage, uneven tone, rough texture or fine lines. SenzaLux Lite suits younger patients who want to stay ahead of aging, SenzaLux suits established sun damage and texture, and SenzaLux Max is for deeper wrinkles, acne scars and laxity.

Melasma needs a gentler, specialized plan. Your provider will tell you honestly which level fits your skin and how much downtime to expect. To keep your results, many patients continue with AesthetiClub monthly maintenance.

Looking for Moxi or Clear + Brilliant?

Same wavelength, more range

Moxi and Clear + Brilliant Perméa are popular light lasers that use the same 1927 nm wavelength found in SenzaLux. SenzaLux Lite treats at a similar gentle level, with similar comfort and downtime.

The difference is range. When you want a bigger change, SenzaLux adds a second, deeper Fraxel wavelength for collagen, and SenzaLux Max adds fractional CO₂ for the deepest resurfacing. One family of treatments that grows with your goals. (We do not offer Moxi or Clear + Brilliant.)

Questions

SenzaLux FAQ

What is SenzaLux?

SenzaLux is Senza’s signature fractional laser resurfacing, offered in three levels: SenzaLux Lite, a gentle Fraxel refresh; SenzaLux, our dual-wavelength Fraxel treatment; and SenzaLux Max, fractional CO₂ resurfacing.

Which level is right for me?

Lite is for glow, tone and early sun damage with minimal downtime. SenzaLux is for established sun spots, texture, fine lines and pores, with 3 to 5 days of downtime. Max is for wrinkles, scarring and laxity, with about a week of downtime. Your provider will recommend a level at your consultation.

What is SenzaLux Max?

SenzaLux Max is our fractional CO₂ laser resurfacing, the most powerful level of SenzaLux. It reaches deeper than Fraxel for dramatic improvement in wrinkles, texture, scarring and laxity.

Is SenzaLux the same as Moxi?

SenzaLux Lite uses the same 1927 nm wavelength as Moxi and is comparable in comfort and downtime. SenzaLux and SenzaLux Max go further when you want stronger results. We do not offer Moxi.

How is SenzaLux different from Clear + Brilliant?

Clear + Brilliant Perméa also uses 1927 nm at low energy. SenzaLux Lite can treat at a similarly gentle level, and the higher SenzaLux levels go much further.

Does it hurt?

We apply numbing cream first. Most patients feel warmth and a prickly sensation during treatment, and cool air keeps you comfortable. Deeper levels use longer numbing.

How many sessions will I need?

SenzaLux Lite is typically a series of 3, about a month apart. SenzaLux often needs fewer sessions, and SenzaLux Max is often a single treatment. Your provider will recommend a plan.

Is it safe for darker skin tones?

Many skin tones can be treated with careful settings, and the right level matters. Your provider will assess your skin and choose the safest approach, which may include pre-treatment skin care.

How much does it cost?

Cost depends on the level, the areas treated and the number of sessions. You will receive an exact quote at your consultation, including any series pricing.
